The rooms were unique, with jacuzzis below, and the tasty breakfasts were cooked fresh. the location was great, with a lovely park nearby and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. the staff were super friendly and helpful, even providing tours and transfers. They went above and beyond, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Noise from construction outside disturbed the peace, and some areas were cramped. the false four-star rating led to unmet expectations, with slow breakfast service and incomplete room cleanings.

Thoroughly enjoyed this boutique hotel, particularly good location and brand-new rooms. The room with a nice view of the park. Location: the venue was near Parque El Ejido which had art, two parks : El Ejido, and the historical center and Plaza Foch. It also was to the bus terminal.

The double room was cozy with a beautiful balcony offering city views that made me feel at home. the flat-screen TV with streaming services was a nice touch, and the private bathroom was spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay.
It was a bit cold at night in the room, but it could be cozied up with more heating options.

Enjoyed our brand-new rooms. the staff was super friendly. Booked a room with a nice view of the park. Convenient central location. Close to the airport, Parque El Ejido, park, artisan market, and bus terminal.

Well-located between historical center and Plaza Foch. Friendly staff, consistent hot water, and free parking available. Renovated old building with modern updates. Breakfast included, great bathroom with hot tub. Highly recommended for a cozy stay in Quito.
